This summer the Jean Houston Foundation, in partnership with the Launching Pad, is offering a week long Social Artistry Odyssey for Emerging Leaders, in Ashland, Oregon, July 31-August 7. In this phenomenal week, young adults, ages 18-35, will be introduced to Social Artistry, designed to claim and begin to actualize one’s life purpose, and led by newly trained young adult leaders. They will also work with Dr. Richard Owen Geer, of Community Performance International, to build individual life stories into the collective story of the community. And the week will conclude with 2 days of direct instruction with Dr. Jean Houston.
The week is set up “young adult” style, where participants will camp and eat and live together in a natural outdoor setting at beautiful Jackson Wellsprings in Ashland, Oregon.
It is priced for the young adult budget: just $225 for the week, including tent space and meals. This event is for any young adult (18-35) who is ready to step into leadership and up level their life.
This training is concurrent with the annual Introduction to Social Artistry training in Ashland for those 35 and older. So as a family, it is possible for older ones to attend that training while young adults attend the one for their age group. And there will be some combined social events where both groups will be together.
July 31 – August 7. $225.
