There are over 50 people registered for the Post Graduate course work in Education Leadership for Collaboration program at the University of Aruba, basically principals with a few administration and school board participants. This is developing as a Professional Certificate program.
This month, Janet Sanders, Robertson Work, and Richard Sims taught the first of four sessions for 3 days, followed by a day of debrief and planning. Janet reports that while in Aruba, they had incredible visits with principals who were at the September 2013 sessions and have been applying the Social Artistry processes in their schools.
While the first session included the sensory level, the second session will address the psychological/historical level. Skye Burn of the Flow Project will be a member of the teaching team.
